Welcome to Enlighten Learning Trust (ELT)

Enlighten Learning Trust (ELT)  is a growing family of schools, who through support and collaborative work seek to improve outcomes for children.

We have a strong record of working collaboratively with schools across all phases and we have seen the benefits of this approach to all those involved.  We wish to explore effective ways of sharing services that does not interfere with the uniqueness of each school as we believe it is important to recognise and respect the individuality of all the schools within the Trust.  We wish to develop a strong sense of school-to-school support and a commitment to the wider community.

Through collaborative working built on growing outstanding teachers and leaders, we want every school provide to an excellent educational experience.
