Enlighten Learning Trust (ELT) is a growing family of schools committed to improving outcomes for children through strong collaboration and shared support. We have a proven track record of working successfully with schools across all phases and recognise the positive impact this collective approach has on pupils, staff and communities.

While we work closely together, we are clear that collaboration should not diminish the individuality of each school. In line with the Trust’s statutory framework and governance arrangements, as published on the ELT website, schools retain their unique identity while benefiting from shared expertise, services and school‑to‑school support. This balance enables us to respect local context while strengthening practice across the Trust.

Through collaborative working, underpinned by the development of highly effective teachers and leaders, ELT aims to ensure every school provides an excellent educational experience for all pupils and maintains a strong commitment to its wider community.
